The CDM4620 is a DC/DC step-down uModuleregulator with standalone dual 13A or single 26Aoutput.Included in the module are the switchingcontrollers, power FETs, inductors and supportcomponents. A few filters, holding capacitors andresistors are required externally to form a completestep-down dual output DC/DC regulator.The input voltage range of the module is 4.5V to16V, and the output voltage can be set in the rangeof 0.6V to 5.5V with an external sampling resistor.The module supports external frequencysynchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Modeoperation and output voltage tracking for supply railsequencing.The module has an onboard temperature diode fordevice temperature monitoring. Fault protectionfeatures include overvoltage and overcurrentprotection.
