BP2867XJ is an external OVP step-down LED constant current driver chip. The chip operates in inductor current critical continuous mode and is suitable for non isolated step-down LED constant current power supply with a full range of input voltages from 85Vac to 265Vac. The ROVP pin of the chip has an Enable function, which is suitable for switch color adjustment and sensor light applications. The BP2867XJ chip integrates a five hundredV power switch internally, using patented demagnetization detection technology and high-voltage JFET power supply technology. It does not require VCC capacitors and starting resistors, making its peripheral devices simpler and saving peripheral costs and volume. The BP2867XJ chip is equipped with a high-precision current sampling circuit and utilizes patented constant current control technology to achieve high-precision LED constant current output and excellent line voltage regulation. The chip operates in inductor current critical mode, and the output current does not vary with changes in inductance and LED operating voltage, achieving excellent load regulation. BP2867XJ has multiple protection functions, including LED short circuit protection, chip power supply undervoltage protection, external OVP, chip temperature overheating regulation, etc. BP2867XJ adopts DIP7 packaging.
